Review by lovemykids15 for Sugar Plum Shoppe

I ordered a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. While, I could make this simple cake, I was expecting "bakery" quality or at least something that had an old-fashion taste. To my disappointment this cake tasted just like it came from a "Betty Crocker" box. This was for my son's birthday and the entire family felt as I did. Not only that but I saw the owner of "Sugar Plum" in Wal-Mart and I could not even count the number of cake mix boxes that she was buying. At least I then knew I had not imagined it! I would be interested to know the experiences of others. Everything else I have bought from there has been great but now I get my cakes from another bakery.
